April 27, 2012 - 2nd round of "Grandma Grandpa Memory Box"《老爹媽回憶匣》at the T.W.G.Hs. Jockey Rehabilitation Complex just began. The "Grandma Grandpa Memory Box Exhibition "《老爹媽回憶匣》展覽 will be held from September 6 to 18, 2012 at the Visual Arts Centre 香港視覺藝術中心, stay tuned for more information. April 27, 2012 - Evelyna and Thomas was a on short trip at the end of March to Henan. Since this was our 2nd visit, the organizers felt that we could handle a bigger project: the 200m wall mural (0.2km)! But it worked out when people from the village joined in to paint togehter! We are now looking for sponsor to fund our trip this July.
April 20, 2012 - Time flies, the programmes with LNVS students are nearly all over (See Feb 11 to Mar 3, 2012)! In attending some of their service discussion meetings, it feels really great to hear the things they have experienced and learnt. Great job students!
Mar 3, 2012 - Art programme "Art on Wheels" begins at 鄰舍輔導會怡欣山莊 Neighbourhood Advice-Action Council Harmony Manor at Sha Tin. It is a series of 6 sessions ending in April 12, 2012. 5 LNVS students will be assisting in the programme.
Mar 2, 2012 - Ethnic minority children Art programme begins at Doulos Centre at Sham Shui Po. It is a series of 6 sessions ending in April 13, 2012. 5 LNVS students will be assisting in the programme.
Feb 20, 2012 - Art programme for elderlies begins at Caritas Cheng Shing Fung District Elderly Centre 明愛鄭承峰長者社區中心, held in conjection with Caritas and City University Dept. of Applied Social Studies. This is the second part of a 2 part series. 1 LNVS student will be assisting in the programme.
Feb 18, 2012 - Ethnic minority children programme begins at St. Francis of Assisi's English Primary School, a programme held in conjuction with Catholic Pastoral Centre for Workers (Kowloon) 天主教勞工牧民中心(九龍). It is a series of 8 sessions ending in April 15, 2012. 6 LNVS students will be assisting in the programme.
Feb 11 and 12, 2012 - Completion of 2 day Art Facilitation training for (LNVS) Visual Studies students of Lingnan University. They will work with Art for All artists in programmes in the coming weeks. The students are very ready!
Feb 5, 2012 - A team of Art for All artists return from a trip to Bangalore, India, where they held Handicraft and Fabric Art and Children programme and training. Enjoy a few photos:
